Agree the areas that need attention.

The following are examples to discuss, rather than a standard package for every business. Your quotation records the tasks included.

• Washrooms, with cleaning & consumable arrangements agreed.
• Kitchens & breakout areas, including agreed surfaces & appliance care.
• Vacuuming & mopping floors as suitable for the surface.
• Agreed touch points, bins & waste or recycling arrangements.

An agreed schedule, with clear access.

A useful plan sets out the areas, tasks, visit frequency & access arrangements. For example, you may want shared kitchens & washrooms included in the routine, with other priorities recorded in the checklist. We discuss the actual work your business needs before confirming the quotation.

Early-morning, evening & weekend arrangements can be discussed around your opening hours. Tell us your preferred timing; the schedule is agreed with you. Key-holding can also be discussed before the first visit.

Equipment, changes & contract notice.

Commercial cleaning products & equipment can be supplied at an additional cost. Tell us what is available on site so we can agree the arrangement & include any supply costs in the quotation.

If your layout, priorities or required frequency changes, contact us to discuss the work & any quotation changes. All ongoing domestic & commercial cleaning contracts require three months’ notice to end.
