A quotation starts with the work.
Our quotations are free & without obligation. We discuss your property, priorities & preferred frequency, then agree the scope & price before work begins. You can ask questions about the proposed tasks before deciding whether to book.
The quotation is for the agreed work. If you want to add a job or change the arrangement, speak to us so the scope & any price change can be agreed first.
What affects a cleaning quotation?
Room count alone does not describe the whole job. These details help us understand what is involved:
- Size & layout: the rooms or premises areas needing attention.
- Condition: everyday upkeep or built-up jobs needing more work.
- Priorities: the actual tasks & surfaces you want included.
- Visit type & frequency: an ongoing routine, a one-off clean or a property handover.
- Access & timing: entry arrangements, moving dates or business opening hours.
- Additional work: carpet, upholstery or outdoor services to assess separately.
Regular work & one-off work have different purposes.
Regular domestic cleaning maintains an agreed checklist over ongoing visits. A deep or one-off clean addresses particular priorities, often including jobs that need more attention. An end of tenancy clean also needs the inventory, moving date & handover requirements discussed.
We quote for the work you ask us to assess. There is no single room-count price in this guide.
Be clear about products & equipment.
Regular domestic cleaning uses your products & equipment. Commercial products & equipment can be supplied at an additional cost. For spring cleans, we bring what is needed.
Confirm the arrangements for your requested service when we prepare the quotation. For a tenancy clean or additional work, ask what will be used & what is included rather than assuming the regular domestic arrangement applies.
What to include in your enquiry.
Use the form below to give us your postcode, service required & priority jobs. In the notes, describe your property or premises, preferred visit frequency & any important timing or access requirements. For a move, include the handover date & mention any inventory checklist.
You do not need to attach documents or photographs through the form. We can discuss any further information needed when responding to your enquiry.
Check the ongoing contract notice period.
All ongoing domestic & commercial cleaning contracts require three months’ notice to end. Ask us about the contract before starting a regular service. This notice period concerns ending an ongoing cleaning contract, rather than treating a one-off booking as a regular service.
