Regular help, shaped around your home.
A regular clean starts with the rooms you use, the jobs you want help with & the way you like your home cared for. We agree a checklist, visit frequency & price before the service begins, so the quotation reflects your priorities.
Our cleaners are directly employed, vetted & fully insured. We aim to provide a consistent team who get to know your home & your requirements.
What can a home clean include?
These are examples to discuss when arranging your quotation. The agreed checklist confirms the work included in your visits.
- Kitchens: worktops, hob, sink, splashbacks & appliance exteriors.
- Bathrooms: basins, baths, showers, toilets & agreed tiling.
- Living areas & bedrooms: dusting accessible surfaces, sills & skirtings, plus vacuuming carpets & rugs.
- Hard floors: vacuuming or mopping as agreed for the surface.
- Other priorities: bins emptied or beds made or changed where requested & agreed.
A routine that suits you.
Weekly or fortnightly visits can help keep on top of everyday cleaning. Tell us the frequency you have in mind; we can discuss other arrangements too. The work needed depends on your home & priorities, rather than a fixed number of hours for every property.
If a room needs extra attention or your priorities change, speak to us so we can agree any change to the checklist or quotation. A separate one-off or deep clean may be more suitable for built-up jobs before regular visits begin.
Before the first visit.
Tell us your postcode, the number of rooms, your priority jobs & preferred frequency. Mention access arrangements & any instructions about particular rooms or surfaces when we plan the work.
For regular domestic cleaning, we use your cleaning products & equipment. Key-holding can be discussed if you will be out; access is agreed before the first visit. Spring cleans have different equipment arrangements: we bring what is needed for that service.
Ongoing cleaning contracts.
All ongoing domestic & commercial cleaning contracts require three months’ notice to end. This is the notice period for ending an ongoing contract; it is separate from arranging a one-off clean. Please discuss any questions about your contract with us before booking.
