Regular cleaning keeps a routine going.
Regular domestic visits help maintain an agreed checklist. You might prioritise kitchen surfaces, bathrooms, dusting & floors, with weekly or fortnightly visits among the arrangements to discuss.
We use your products & equipment for regular domestic cleaning. Tasks, frequency, access & price are agreed before the service begins, with changes discussed if your priorities change.
A deep clean focuses on agreed extra attention.
A one-off or spring clean is suitable for particular rooms, built-up jobs or work that your normal routine does not address as often. Explain the condition & priorities so the quotation reflects what needs attention.
The scope is assessed & agreed. A deep clean does not automatically include every appliance, carpet or specialist job. For spring cleans, we bring what is needed; equipment arrangements for the requested work are confirmed when quoting.

Use these differences to start the conversation. The quotation confirms your particular service.

A one-off clean can come before a routine.
If the property needs an initial catch-up clean, discuss that before arranging regular visits. The two services can have different tasks & quotations. You can also book a one-off clean without starting an ongoing service.
For a move or property handover, share the inventory, moving date & access requirements. End of tenancy cleaning has its own assessed scope, which our separate service page & preparation checklist explain.
What to tell us before booking.
Describe your property size, rooms, current condition & the jobs you want done. Include preferred timing, frequency if relevant, postcode & access instructions. Mention carpets, upholstery or other extra work you want assessed.
If you are unsure which service to choose, select the not sure or multiple services option in the quotation form & explain your priorities. We can discuss the most suitable scope without assuming you need an ongoing contract.
