Agree the clean before the handover.
An end of tenancy clean starts with the property, its condition & the work required for handover. Tell us the number of rooms, your moving date & any inventory or agent checklist so we can discuss the scope & provide a free quotation.
The checklist helps us understand your priorities. Your quotation confirms the tasks included, access & timing; it does not assume every appliance, carpet or specialist job is part of the same clean.
What we discuss when quoting.
We can discuss kitchen surfaces, bathrooms, accessible surfaces & floors, with further details agreed for the property. Mention any cupboards, appliances, skirtings or other areas that the inventory asks you to check, so the work can be assessed.
Carpet & upholstery cleaning is assessed & quoted separately where required. Tell us about the material & any marks. Cleaning cannot guarantee a deposit outcome: the landlord or agent makes that decision separately.
Prepare the property & access.
Explain whether the property will be empty or furnished, what belongings will remain & when they will be moved. Ask which areas need to be accessible before the visit. Share any entry or key-handover requirements when arranging the clean.
Products & equipment arrangements for this service are confirmed with your quotation. A regular domestic cleaning arrangement should not be assumed to apply to a tenancy clean.
A final check against the agreed work.
Use your inventory or agent checklist to identify any questions before booking. After the work, compare the agreed tasks with the handover requirements & raise any questions with us. Our preparation guide gives you room-by-room points to review without treating them as automatic service inclusions.
