Time for the jobs that need more attention.
A one-off clean is useful when particular rooms or built-up jobs need attention beyond your usual routine. Tell us the areas, current condition & priorities so we can assess the work & agree a quotation.
A deep or spring clean does not mean every task is automatically included. We agree what will be covered before work begins, with any additional services discussed separately.
Start with your priorities.
Describe the kitchen or bathroom areas, accessible surfaces & floors that need help. Mention less frequently addressed jobs or particular marks & materials when enquiring. The quotation confirms which tasks can be included.
If you are preparing to move out, tell us about the inventory & handover date. Our end of tenancy service page explains that type of clean separately. Carpets & upholstery need their own assessment where requested.
Get ready for the visit.
Share your postcode, property size, priority rooms, preferred dates & any access instructions. Discuss what needs to be moved or made accessible before the clean, so the team can reach the agreed areas.
For spring cleans, we bring what is needed. Products & equipment arrangements for the requested work are confirmed in the quotation. Access & any key-holding needs are agreed before the visit.
One visit, or the start of a routine.
A one-off clean does not require you to book ongoing visits. If you would like regular help afterwards, we can discuss a domestic cleaning checklist & frequency separately. All ongoing cleaning contracts require three months’ notice to end; that notice period concerns an ongoing contract.
